Microdermabrasion is a recognized form of treatment that polishes the top layer of dead cells from the skin's surface, removes impurities and promotes the formation of collagen.

In practice, it works by abrading the skin with microscopic crystals, while the strong vacuum suction removes impurities, dirt and dead skin cells. Blood circulation increases in the skin's substrate, which stimulates the skin's formation of collagen, which is the key to smooth and healthy skin. It is precisely this increased formation of collagen that allows the treatment to create great results over time.

Microdermabrasion is a pleasant non-invasive skin treatment. The treatment should never be painful or cause unwanted side effects. The treatment feels like a gentle sanding of the skin combined with a light facial massage.

Microdermabrasion is basically suitable for all skin types and tones!

Exceptions: If you use chemical peels all other products that contain salicylic acid, malic acid or lactic acid retinoids, you must wait 7 days before using the product. If you are undergoing special medical treatment or have a skin condition, we recommend that you ask your dermatologist for advice.

The machine is primarily intended for the face, but can also be used with advantage on the rest of the body, especially the neck and back.

The machine has a maximum suction capacity of 65kPa, which is very powerful. There are 4 strength levels to choose from. We recommend level 1-2 for the face. Level 3-4 is intended for less sensitive parts of the body, for example the back.

Yes! Many of our customers with dry/sensitive skin have achieved great results. If you have dry/sensitive skin, it is only important that you start with the lowest strength level and remember to use moisturizer after each treatment!

We recommend that you change the filter after every 6 - 8 treatments. There are 20 filters included with the product, which corresponds to approx. 2 years consumption. Before you run out of filters, you might want to order our Refill Kit, which contains 200 filters and 10 new suction heads.

We recommend treatment once or twice a week, as the skin needs time to regenerate new skin cells.

Comforth MicroDerm is easy and simple to use. The product comes with a detailed manual in English. We also have an online guide here.

You insert the small USB tip into the bottom of the machine and the large USB tip into a phone or tablet charger, laptop or computer. The LED indicator lights up red while the machine is charging. As soon as it is fully charged, the LED indicator will glow blue. It takes 2-3 hours to fully charge the machine.

Remove the suction head after each use and rinse with water. If there is visible dirt, remove it with a cotton swab before rinsing. It is also recommended to dry off the suction head at the end.

It varies slightly from person to person. Many experience a clear difference after the first treatment, while others see results after 3-4 treatments. This depends, among other things, on of the skin type, condition and the person's age.

The good thing about microdermabrasion is that it creates both short-term and long-term results with repeated use.

Yes, most likely. Microdermabrasion is a form of exfoliation, which dries out the skin in the short term. Therefore, it is extra important to moisturize the skin after treatment. Many people experience rosacea flare-ups less after treatment with MicroDerm for a few weeks. If you have rosacea, we recommend performing a test treatment on a small area and waiting 48 hours to see how your skin reacts. If you are unsure, you should contact a dermatologist.

Neither the oval head nor the small head need to be changed, as they do not wear down.

However, the diamond head will wear out over time, which is why 3 of these are included.

We recommend replacing the diamond head after 8-10 treatments, depending on how worn it has become.

Both the filters and the charger are in the small white cardboard box.

Yes! CellCare Repair has been developed to be used for all skin types.

You can use CellCare Repair every day, but we recommend using it only once a day to achieve the optimal regenerating effect. The cream is perfect as a night cream or after a treatment with MicroDerm.

The effectiveness of the regenerating ingredients is not increased by dramatically increasing the dose. We therefore recommend that you only use a small amount corresponding to what can be on a fingertip.

The CellCare Repair cream contains citronellol and geraniol, which are used in the vast majority of beauty products but can cause irritation for a small part of the population (<0.1%).

Nano-ionic steam opens the skins pores and helps release accumulated dirt and sebum in the skin. This also softens blackheads so they can be removed more easily. In addition, steam helps the skin's blood circulation.

Yes! Nano-ionic steam softens the skin's sebum, making it easier to remove, keeping pores clean.

Steam should be used after facial cleansing in your skincare routine.

Exfoliation e.g. in the form of microdermabrasion with MicroDerm should be used after steaming to get the most out of the treatment. When the pores are opened by the steam, exfoliation can more easily remove dead skin cells and dirt.

Yes! Nano-ionic steam releases dirt and sebum from clogged pores. When the pores open, they can be cleaned more easily. After a steam treatment, active ingredients against pimples and acne will therefore work even better.

If steaming for too long or at too high a temperature (by sitting too close to the device), it can lead to inflammation and redness. Therefore, sit about 20 cm away from the opening. The vapor should never be so hot that it causes discomfort.

Steam your skin once a week - preferably before using MicroDerm. Limit each treatment to 10 minutes to avoid irritating the skin.

The steamer has a removable water tank so you can easily fill it. A full water tank provides approx. 20 minutes of steam. The steamer must be connected to a socket.

We recommend using demineralized water to avoid calcification and extend the life of the product.
