Exfoliation e.g. in the form of microdermabrasion with MicroDerm should be used after steaming to get the most out of the treatment. When the pores are opened by the steam, exfoliation can more easily remove dead skin cells and dirt.

Yes! Nano-ionic steam releases dirt and sebum from clogged pores. When the pores open, they can be cleaned more easily. After a steam treatment, active ingredients against pimples and acne will therefore work even better.

Steaming too long or too hot (by sitting too close to the machine) can lead to inflammation and redness. Therefore, sit approx. 20 cm from the opening. The steam should never be so hot that it hurts.

Steam your skin once a week. Limit each treatment to 10 minutes to avoid irritating the skin.

The steamer has a removable water tank so you can easily fill it. A full water tank provides approx. 20 minutes of steam. The steamer must be connected to a socket.

We recommend using distilled or demineralized water to avoid calcification and extend the life of the product.

1. Push up the removable water tank on the back of the machine. You will hear a click when it comes loose.

2. Turn the container upside down and unscrew the screw cap.

3. Pour water into the container. Fill at least up to "Min" and at most up to "Max."

4. Screw the cap back on and place the container in the machine in the same way as when you removed it.

Drip 2-3 drops of your chosen essential oil into the foam sponge in the top piece. The top piece is then attached to the nozzle on the machine. The steam will now seep through the foam sponge and the selected essential oil will be infused into the steam.

NOTE: Do not drip oil directly into the water tank. Drip oil only on the applicable foam piece.

The foam sponge can be rinsed with water and dried afterwards, so that it is ready to have another oil added at the next treatment. However, three top pieces with foam sponge are included, so you can easily switch between different oils.
