We offer delivery with UPS, which is Denmark's best-reviewed shipping company. You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
We ship from our warehouse in Hals, North Jutland, Denmark.
If you buy before 14:00, your order will be shipped the same day if it's a weekday. Otherwise, we ship the next business day. Delivery typically takes between 1-3 days.
We offer home delivery with UPS. If no one is home at delivery, UPS will deliver to closest UPS pick-up point.
4. returns and complaints
With our 100-day satisfaction guarantee, you can return your purchase within 100 days of receiving the item, regardless of the reason for the return. Please note that you must pay for the return shipping yourself. Read more about our satisfaction guarantee here.
If an item is damaged or defective, simply write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will replace it free of charge.
Please include documentation of the damage or defect if possible for faster service.
If you do not send documentation of the damage/defect, we may ask you to return the product before sending a replacement.
Refunds are made via the same method you used to complete the order. For example, if you paid with your VISA card, the money will be refunded via the same VISA card.
If you have changed bank since your purchase, we can still refund via account and registration number.
