How to return a product?

The first step is to contact us before returning the product. Simply describe the reasons behind your unsatisfaction with the product and we will then inform you of the return address. Once the product is returned and received, we will refund the money. It is possible to buy a return label through us for EUR 6,5, which will simply be deducted from the refunded amount.

Right of return VS satisfaction guarantee

Please be aware that all products in our Comforth Care series, our teas, and our essential oils are not covered by the satisfaction guarantee. However, they are still subject to our 100-day return policy, which means they can be returned within 100 days, but they must be returned unopened in their original packaging.

All other products you can try freely for up to 100 days without affecting your right to return.
