WHAT IS GUA SHA?
Gua Sha, an ancient Chinese technique, uses special stones to massage the skin and boost blood circulation. The technique also helps remove waste and toxins from the body. "Gua Sha" means "to scrape" in Chinese. It's gained global popularity for cleansing skin, releasing lymph fluid, and easing tension in the body. Daily Gua Sha massage offers immediate effects.
Our package includes the traditional massage stone and facial roller. The stone can ease neck pain and migraines. Gua Sha reduces bloating and enhances appearance through improved blood circulation and lymphatic drainage.
GUA SHA TREATMENT - HOW TO DO IT
- Start in the center of the face and roll outwards over the cheeks.
- Roll from the eyebrows up the forehead.
- Roll from the lower lip down the neck.
Use the small roller for finer areas and the large roller for larger areas.
Before use, we recommend moisturizing the skin either with water, cream or oil.
1. Hold your Gua Sha with the curved side towards your face. Gently move the stone from the top of the neck down to drain fluid. Repeat 3-5 times.
2. Now move the stone along the jawline, chin and around the mouth. Stroke the skin three to five times as in the picture. Always move the stone in short strokes in one direction - never back and forth. To reduce bloating, start gently and then work harder to relax the muscles.
3. Press the stone flat against the skin under the eyes or over irritated areas to relieve swelling.
4. Finally: Move the Gua Sha in short, vertical strokes from the top of the eyebrows up the forehead or hold and press between the brows to relieve tension.
Tip: Put your Gua Sha set in the fridge. This gives the treatment a cooling effect, which further helps with bloating and swelling.

THE PRODUCT
The Vitamin F oil can be used alone for intensive care or by the end of your usual skin care routine.
Spread a few drops on the face on lightly moistened skin. Used after water-based products such as e.g. serum or day cream.
We also recommend using the Vitamin F Oil together with the Gua Sha massage set. The massage ensures optimal absorption and distribution of the oil. At the same time, the oil allows an easier, pleasant and more effective massage of the face and neck.
We recommend that you use the facial roller both morning and evening. You can also use it whenever you feel your face needs a soothing treatment. Massage with the Gua Sha stone is recommended for use when you have tension in the neck, jaw or face.
The Gua Sha set can be cleaned with warm water and soap. Preferably wipe with a clean towel, microfiber cloth or paper.
For an extra soothing effect, it is recommended that you store your kit in the fridge, especially if you use the face roller to relieve puffiness around the eyes.
