1. Ordering
If you contact us before 14:00 on the day of the order, we are generally able to change the order. However, we cannot guarantee anything, as it depends on whether the package has already been picked up by UPS.
We recommend writing to us via email. If you place an order during the weekend, send us on e-mail and we may be able to catch the package before it leaves our facility monday morning.
However, on some days we also ship on weekends, even if customer service is closed, so we cannot guarantee that it is possible to change the order.
If the change is not made before shipment, customer service will help recall the order from UPS and send a new changed order afterwards.
As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link to either UPS' own tracking page, where you can follow the arrival of your order.
If you have entered your phone number correctly when ordering, you will also receive an SMS when the order is delivered or ready for pickup.
Yes, you are. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can easily follow the delivery process. Should you unexpectedly not receive the package, you will of course receive full compensation or a new shipment.

Yes, it is. On our website, we have implemented the 3-D Secure technology for increased online security when paying by credit card. This includes methods such as "Visa Secure," "Mastercard Identity Check," and "Dankort Secured by Nets," which are compatible with Danish payment cards. This ensures that your online card transactions are protected from unauthorized access.
Our website is also SSL certified, which means that visitor data is protected via an encrypted connection. This ensures confidentiality, authenticity and integrity of the transmitted data.
Yes, you can. If you would like an invoice, please write to us at support@comforth.com. Remember to include your order number and, if applicable, your VAT number if you are a company.

3. Delivery
Delivery is 100% free with UPS. The only exceptions are parcels to:
Faroe Islands: 6 EUR
Greenland: 13 EUR
US: 6 EUR
For orders over 130 EUR, shipping is free regardless of destination.
We offer delivery with UPS. You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
We ship from our warehouse in Hals, North Jutland, Denmark.
If you buy before 14:00, your order will be shipped the same day if it's a weekday. Otherwise, we ship the next business day. Delivery typically takes between 1-3 days.
We offer home delivery with UPS. If no one is home at delivery, UPS will deliver to closest UPS pick-up point.
4. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
With our 100-day satisfaction guarantee, you can return your purchase within 100 days of receiving the item, regardless of the reason for the return. Please note that you must pay for the return shipping yourself. Read more about our satisfaction guarantee here.
If an item is damaged or defective, simply write to us at support@comforth.com and we will replace it free of charge.
Please include documentation of the damage or defect if possible for faster service.
If you do not send documentation of the damage/defect, we may ask you to return the product before sending a replacement.
Refunds are made via the same method you used to complete the order. For example, if you paid with your VISA card, the money will be refunded via the same VISA card.
If you have changed bank since your purchase, we can still refund via account and registration number.
For returns, the refund will be made as soon as the order is received at our warehouse.
All items can be returned in unused condition, but please note that we distinguish between our satisfaction guarantee and our return policy.
All products in our Comforth Care range, our teas and our essential oils are not covered by the satisfaction guarantee. However, they are covered by a 100-day return policy, which means that they can still be returned within 100 days, but must be returned unopened in the original packaging.
All other products you are free to try for up to 100 days without affecting your right of return.

The majority of our products are generally always in stock.
- If a product is not in stock, it will either be listed as sold out or as pre-order.
- If the product is sold out, you can sign up to receive an email when the product is in stock.
- If the product is available for pre-order, you can complete the checkout and receive the product when it arrives in stock. The money will not be deducted until the product is shipped.
