HOW TO USE CARE VITAMIN F OIL

The Vitamin F oil can be used on its own or combined with usual skin care routine.

Spread a few drops lightly on damp face. It is best to use it after water-based products such as serum or day cream.

We also recommend using the Vitamin F Oil together with our Gua Sha Massage Set. The massage ensures optimal absorption and distribution of the oil. Additionally, the oil helps with an easier, more pleasant and more effective massage of the face and neck.

WHAT IS VITAMIN F?

Vitamin F is a term for two essential polyunsaturated fatty acids: linoleic acid (omega-6) and linolenic acid (omega-3). Omega-3 and omega-6 both contribute highly in strengthening the skin's barrier in order to maintain moisture levels and elasticity.

In addition, they can help reduce hyperpigmentation and post-acne marks. Omega-6 forms the main part of the fatty acid found in the upper layer of the skin (epidermis) and is also a precursor to the lipids in the skin called ceramides.
